Team Membership Information

 ***(5/21/25) Update*** - All divers must fill out new waiver with emergency contact for pool reopening. 

Prior to 1st lesson, you must fill out digital aquatic team liability waiver and (New) waiver with emergency contact information.

After your first lesson, the membership packet contains the necessary documents you must read and fill out before joining the team. Documents can be handed to coaches prior to practice.

AAU Memberships are Mandatory upon joining the team.

USA Memberships are for JO divers only. Coaches will inform parents when a diver is ready for a USA Membership.
