***Update 10/30/2025 from Swim Zone
“Lynn @ Swim Zone here. I have Nike parkas in stock and can put WFLA embroidered logo on them and a personalized name. Let your divers know, the embroidery takes about 10 days to get done so don’t wait til last minute!“
We updated the swim and tri website to add WFLA apparel for parents and the kids.
They should look on the left hand column of the website homepage for team suits and the portal code is : WFLA
Team suits must be Called in to have WFLA Diving logos placed on suits.
Lone Star Swimwear
All divers are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle to hydrate throughout practice. Divers must bring extra towels for rainy days. Shammies will help dry all divers off during the colder months diving outside.
Tower divers might be told by coaches to invest in wrist braces for heights greater than 3-5 meters.
We encourage all divers to train at home with workouts provided by coaches. Many exercises include cardio, core strength and flexibility exercises.
Many coaches and parents will use video replay or record dives so that athletes can review how to make changes. Please be respectful of others while recording dives.
We ask that all divers and families present a positive atmosphere. Whether we are practicing at our home facility or traveling to other facilities for training or competitions, respect for your coaches, teammates, and anyone around you is a representation of the team and yourself.
